Responsibilities• Outcome-oriented and self-manage prioritization of workstreams to achieve the required deliverables. • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and professional networking skills. • Interact across the business, customers, and vendors on commercial matters of business opportunities. • Provides commercial leadership in the development of business opportunities, shaping deals in a manner that delivers competitive advantage. • Provide due consideration and professional counsel around a diverse range of considerations. • Interpret the story behind the numbers in a manner that is meaningful to different audiences and can represent the view from both an internal business and external customer perspective. • Identify key commercial risks and mitigation opportunities across business opportunities, and proactively seeks resolution of matters which may impede the commercial value of a deal. • Actively contributes to the review, positioning, and drafting of contractual documents. • Responsible for representing business opportunities and initiatives to senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders. • Provides thought leadership on pricing architecture and opportunities for optimization of financial positions. Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum qualifications• Graduate, Business Administration Degree is preferable • Moderate related experience gained within a related services environment Preferred Qualifications/Skills• Working towards completion of an ITIL certification is preferable • Act as a leader in the required situation • Ensure personal growth and development • Interacts and co-operates with Country/Region/Group • Provide inputs and guidance to continuously improve internal tools and methods • Produces and use reports and Dashboards • Act on specialist knowledge for Order management • Administer documentation • Skilled specialist and work to become an SME in a particular Service type • Completes work in resourceful ways • Makes solution recommendations • Selects own methods/processes to get work done • Meticulous attention to detail together with good organization skills • Excellent written and verbal skills • Display attention to detail • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate at all levels within the organization.
