Overview:Assist the “OSC Design Leader” (OCS DL) in his role of performing the Design activities (Basic, Detailed…) of a project or tender by producing part of the Design documents. Specific responsibilities of the role: The Design Engineer produces a part of the OCS Basic Design on the project/tender : OCS General Arrangements OCS Technical specifications OCS Assemblies & parts OCS Layout rules OCS Calculation rules and notes OCS Feeding and Earthing and Bonding (E&B) principles OCS interfaces specifications The Design Engineer produces a part of the OCS Detailed, Construction and As-built Design on the project/tender : OCS Layouts OCS Schematics OCS Calculation sheets OCS Mounting sheets OCS Feeding studies OCS interfaces with Bridges/Structures studies Obtain Customer’s satisfaction and confidence Produce competitive alternatives Guarantees the quality within the framework of activities Qualifications & Experience Graduated from engineering school in mechanics/material science (rolling stock preferably) 2-3 years experience in ACAD design program A minimum of one project experience in the OCS technology related to the project/tender Good drafting of written documents, Autonomy, motivated, initiative, good communication and interested in technical topics English language: good level Mastering of 2D/3D CAD softwares and usual office softwares Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
