Responsibilities: Update all website related activities (events, news, document uploads, web page updates, online directory). Coordinate website updates with outside developers including: forms, database function updates, and any redesign. Post content to social media channels (Facebook, Twitter) as directed Develop and deploy email blasts to constituent groups at the direction Develop policies for internal and external communications, and record keeping Complete updates to institutional information with the online database (CRM) including post-board meeting new program information in coordination with the team Audit CRM for accurate data on institutions and programs Coordinate projects in collaboration with other units within the organization Develop training materials for internal and external constituents Provide support, advisement, and day-to-day management of the server and software to meet organization and staff needs Qualifications/Background Profile: Ability to interact with staff with diplomacy, collegiality, and discipline Cultural awareness and ability to adapt easily in a variety of environments Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally both electronically and in person Basic working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures and ability to apply in varied situations Comprehensive knowledge of theories, concepts and practices and ability to use in complex, difficult and/or unprecedented situations Qualified candidates should apply below AND call Sparks Group for additional details.
