Office Coordinator (On-site) in Bucuresti

About the Role: The Office Coordinator will be based out of the Bucharest office. This position oversees the daily activities needed to ensure a functional, efficient, safe and desirable working environment for employees and takes ownership of all aspects related to our day-to-day office operation & budget.You will:Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs – liaise with building management, provide access to building & external contractors. POC for security & IT also providing access for their contractorsOrganize office operations and procedures – maintain office guide & internal facilities platform page, ensure all health and safety guidance is followed, serve as POC for internal & external fire departmentSupport procurement with new contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providersSupport IT & security in their onboarding of new employeesWork hand in hand with the managers and employees to optimize the work environment for the different teams and needsManage external vendors (cleaning, food and beverage, delivery services, parking, etc.)Purchase facilities equipmentInitiate and execute actions to continuously improve the work environment and strengthen the sense of community among employees and team membersEnsure that all items are invoiced and paid on timeProvide general administrative support to the management teamCoordinate with IT & security departments on their needs for the officeProvide general support to visitorsCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesPartner with various departments on their events, including HR & engineering.
