Connect to the future. Country: Romania (RO) City: Arad Worksite / Location: Arad Job Function: Engineering Job Discipline: Testing & Validation Job Family: Technical Specialty/Skilled Trade What will your job be about •Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, training/ workshops to drive cultural change •Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics, operations issues, material flow, project plans, production capacity, and create documentation and standards for new developed process •Carrying out advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping and cost analysis to determine project feasibility •Develop, lead and monitor KAIZEN activities/process •Leading and coaching various departments on Operational Excellence Programs •Continuously looking at ways of increasing efficiency or improving methods in place What We Are Looking For •3 years working in a similar position within a local manufacturing setup •5 years in automotive industry •Experience in production or logistic processes •Degree in Engineering or Economic fields •Ability to lead, coordinate and supervise people in cross-functional teams •Self-starter and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization •Can work in a fast-paced environment and have a technical aptitude •Team player with a positive attitude We are looking forward to receive your application and to get to know you.
