Now, we are looking for an Operations Engineer who will work in an international team together with skilled colleagues from Denmark. Technologies and tasksAs our new colleague in the Cloud infrastructure team, you will play a key role in agile projects for both large Danish and international customers. You will be involved in designing, implementing and maintaining web solutions for the team's cloud services, which are offered to the organization. We also design and implement business-critical solutions on state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure for customers, where you also get hands-on on public cloud (Azure and AWS).You will help ensure operations in the borderland between infrastructure, security, and the development of customer solutions. In addition, you will have the opportunity to be lend out to other projects of the organization as a cloud expert for both shorter and longer periods.Your everyday tasks will be:Maintaining Microsoft-based environments for various projects based on SharePoint, Microsoft SQL servers, CRM and othersParticipating in project work, as a part of development cycle, providing high level of availability of applications and systems based on SLA requirementsReporting internally on tasks, activities and SLA goals.Responding to customer requests, change management cycle, incidents etc. based on ITIL practices.Your profileIf you know or are interested in these areas, you are probably the right candidate:Good knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure and serversIIS or similarPatch management knowledge and experienceMicrosoft Certificates/ADFS/authentication technology experienceGood understanding of Security principlesYou need to be proficient in English, both written and spokenMicrosoft Certifications will be a big plusPower Shell or scripting knowledge Have an IT university degree As a person you are:Independent and self-driven, you are ready to take responsibility from day one.
