Responsibilities • Manage delivery of commercial and marketing operations for a mid-sized Europe based Pharma client in the areas of brand strategy, marketing operations and field operations including but not limited to brand planning, content creation, event management, CRM content management and training management.• Supports client strategy to ensure business and compliance needs are met• Work with senior stakeholders in client organization in devising commercial strategies aimed at improving productivity focused on process standardization, digital tool adoption, sales reporting (pipeline, performance).• Addressing operational concerns and issues, supervising overall customer satisfaction.• Builds and models a culture of questioning and constructive challenge to foster openness and candid dialogue.• Design project plans and handle client expectations and communication plans for project delivery.• Builds smart goals, engages on continuous improvement and conducts appraisals for direct reports.• Coordinate team members, facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate task and resource as needed.• Coach, assist and support the career development of team members colleagues.• Contribute to the internal development of the Marketing Operations practice through participation in areas such as business development, training, methodology and toolkit development, and recruiting.• Ensure compliance with the company policy on confidentiality.• Demonstrable client / stakeholder management and project management skills.
