Excellent personnelmanagement skills and leadership experience.Excellent communicationskills and customer orientation.Solid organizationalskills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.You are ready to workabroad, mainly in the middle east region and you score with business fluentEnglish.         Your responsibilitiesThe Operations Managerhas the overall responsibility for all aspects of the operation of the powerplant, comply with applicable laws, meet the required standard of quality,ensure business success and customer satisfaction, develop reliable long-termstrategies and implementation plans, timely response to unplanned issues.You are responsible forproviding high standard Operations service under the Operation and MaintenanceContract in a combined cycle gas turbine power plant. Arrange the 24/7 plantoperation with your team and ensure the reliable, efficient and safe productionof the plant.  Organize and coordinateresources of our operation team, prioritize activities to ensure the safe andreliable plant operation in accordance to the local laws and regulations, inaccordance to contractual requirements and in accordance with load dispatchrequirements.You are responsible forEHS affairs including the Permit to Work process and together with your teamyou will ensure a safe working environment which also observes environmentalprotection aspects.You will manage therelationship with the customer and other stakeholders. Maintain a closecustomer contact and support the Station Manager to fulfill customer requests. Continuously strive foroptimization of the power plant performance, efficiency and availability.Propose improvements of the power plant and system design where applicable.You will analyse,monitor and control the cost structure in the area of your responsibility.
