Operations Manager in Bucureşti Sectorul 1

We are looking for a full time administrative and operations manager to take charge of our day to day functioning and support our teams. This is a great opportunity for an independent, flexible and well organized individual, keen to grow alongside us! About You Our company is young - founded in 2019 - and has an open, nimble and “work smart” approach which we want to see imbued in anyone who joins us. While full training and support will be provided in the first few months, we are in need of a highly independent and organized individual to keep the company’s administrative and organizational matters firmly in hand. The skills and qualities we are looking for are: Excellent command of the English and Romanian languages Good command of Microsoft Office, social media channels and general computer literacy for organizational purposes Good interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, for dealing with colleagues and clients alike The ability to work independently and manage one’s schedule High initiative and agility, suited to a start-up culture The responsibilities are varied and will evolve as the company grows, including: Managing the agenda and setting up interviews Keeping databases, photo collections, contacts and information up to date Putting together monthly bills and invoices Publishing posts on social media Putting together and sending the monthly newsletter Managing long term relationships with partners (national industry associations, event organizers etc.) Helping manage flights, apartments, print and distribution Income and Logistics This opportunity has a competitive starting salary accompanied by the opportunity to grow alongside the company. The company HQ is in Bucharest, however given present conditions work is conducted 100% from home. Think you got what it takes?
