Operations Manager/ Global Digital Production in Bucuresti

  Position Summary:  

 The Operations Manager role is responsible for managing the growth and success of the Global Production team, residing across the Americas, Europe, and India. This role requires prioritizing workstreams between Business Development and Client Services to manage the delivery of work by production resources, as well as supporting the creation of scope, and delivery models for MarketOne clients. This role requires great organizational skills and the management of high volumes of global client deliverables on a day-to-day basis. 

  Role and Responsibilities:  

 
	 Coordinate the workload for a team residing across the Americas, Europe and India 
	 Support the Director of Global Digital Production with business development efforts such as RFPs, SOWs, and client pitches 
	 Support the implementation of production methodologies that enable broad scale efficiencies and repeatable replication to maintain competitive advantage in quality, pricing, and delivery efficiencies in the marketplace 
	 Share and align with Developers and Solution Engineers located in MarketOne™s offices in Japan, Singapore, and Australia (when needed) 
	 Management of global production calendar – enabling elevated levels of resource management and assignment to key accounts and prioritized projects 
	 Development of internal team processes for work assignment, work visibility, and project management 
	 Communication with all relevant team members to ensure delivery times are met 
	 Monitors production standards 
	 Ensure all workload is carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way (right resources have been assigned based on client and/or project) 
	 Management of the Jira reporting for the Global Production team 
	 Ensure the internal processes are being followed across the Digital Production team (Jira processes, OOO, handovers, SLAs, etc.) 
	 Monitors Production KPIs and flag any challenges to the Director of Global Digital Production (SLAs and error-free rates) 
 

  Requirements :  

 
	 Excellent communication skills 
	 Outstanding organizational skills 
	 Expertise in at least one or more MAP: Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud would be preferred but not required 
	 Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management 
	 Ability to lead discussion and discovery to drive business requirements, campaign requirements and content management across multi-functional teams at a global level 
	 Maintain quality, efficiency, and billability targets across a global team of delivery specialists 
	 Experience in process development/standardization, change management and development of teams on a remote basis 
	 University degree in business, computer science, data science or marketing 
 

 **Salary circa £25k per annum - depending on experience**
