Description The Operations Product team operates within the Group Operational Excellence Structure and closely co-operates with IT and BI teams within an agile matrix structure. The PM sets a clear vision for the team, creates concepts, seeks opportunities and "pushes" initiatives for successful development of operations programs. At the same time, they are closely involved in building Rohlik Group's strategy and responsible for generating and implementing ideas leading to continuous business process improvements. Create ideas, build concepts and solutions for Fulfillment Center Operations, improvements and automation, whilst keeping the big E2E picture Consistently pursue continued process innovation Visualise processes with process maps (VSM), measure lead times, identify non value added time as pipeline for continuous improvement Prepare project plans, coordinate development and lead implementation Define business' benefits, prepare budgets and timelines Facilitate cooperation and communication with related departments (e.g. Group Procurement, Fulfilments Centers) and agile squads Report and escalate to management Look for outside trends and keep Fulfillment Center Operations tools up to date with the highest standards Requirements Strong track record in designing and/or optimising Fulfillment Center and Supply chain processes (Inventory & Order management, Supplier Performance management) Experience with processes design, improvement and/or automation through IT landscape development Program management skills Ability to quickly iterate, evaluate and make data driven decisions Long term successful experience with managing key stakeholders and getting business buy in English language at B2/C1 level Knowledge of best practice and trends in e-commerce and retail would be an advantage
