How will you contribute to the success of DHL?
Lead the consolidated monitoring, analysis, reporting, productivity and communication of service performance against defined KPI´s, targets and standards; Define & drive continuous service & quality performance improvement activities by monitoring performance, identifying problems and opportunities and recommending actions; Monitor and report Country compliance to Global Standard Operating Procedures and implements corrective action where required; Lead and implement Operations Projects and Programs; Manage all day to day departmental activities and personnel. Strong leadership skills and communication skills; Good planning and organizational skills; Self-driven and fast learning; Adaptability and flexibility; Ability to work under stress and time pressure; Persuasiveness and good interpersonal skills; Logical and structured mind; Excellent level of English & Romanian; Proficient User of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; ISO 9001&14001 internal auditor and/or Six Sigma green belt desirable.
