Oracle ARCS and PCMS Consultant (EPM/Hyperion) in Bucuresti

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Consultant with a strong background in implementing Oracle ARCS and PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service). As a fully remote role, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe. You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle ARCS and PCMCS for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Oracle ARCS and PCMCS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle ARCS and PCMCS to meet business needs. Provide expert advice on best practices for Oracle ARCS and PCMCS implementation and integration with other systems. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Oracle ARCS and PCMCS solutions. Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption of the implemented solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle ARCS and PCMCS, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle ARCS and PCMCS features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve service delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and other consultants, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Oracle ARCS and PCMCS. Document project plans, processes, configurations, and other relevant materials to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer and project continuity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Oracle ARCS and PCMCS. Strong knowledge of financial processes, reconciliation, and profitability and cost management. Proven track record of successful Oracle ARCS and PCMCS project implementations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Proficiency in Oracle EPM Suite and other related technologies is a plus.
