Order Entry Analyst in Bucuresti

Job Summary & Role: The Order Entry Analyst creates and maintain all client master data in the various ADP systems in an accurate and timely manner and respond to all internal and external queries. The Order Entry Analyst will evaluate all orders and ensure accuracy of all forms and inform management for all incomplete orders and verify all client information to deliver all products. Responsibilities: Collect and input customer orders to a strict timetable Control and maintain standing orders Meet daily targets and SLAs for processing the above information Carry out corresponding tasks required by the business Complete all controls checklists including SOX for Order processing and maintenance Ensure all timelines on the monthly checklist are achieved or exceeded with strong focus to deliver the Month-End tasks Respond to clients and internal business associate's requests received through Siebel and shared e-mail inbox, in line with agreed timescales and performance metrics Assist the team leader with projects and ad hoc requests Update process documentation monthly for any changes Escalate concerns or difficulties to the team leader on a timely basis Support other team members Ensure the queries are answered promptly and professionally   Skills Requirements: Good spoken and written English; 2nd language mandatory, based on country allocation (German/ Dutch/ French/ Italian/ Spanish/ ...) Must be able to self-check work and have a strong sense of accuracy Flexible and supportive team member Demonstrable ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously essential Time management -- strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines Problem solving & results orientated Well organized Experience of Microsoft Word and Excel Ideally some Finance experience Ideally some Order management/Contract admin experience Ideally some Oracle experience Ideally able to identify areas to improve efficiency, accuracy and propose and implement relevant changes Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Excel Finance and contract admin experience would be a benefit Oracle experience, modules OM and AR (R12), would be an advantage Explore our COVID-19 page https:// to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.
