Order Management Specialist– OCTG Market Location: Bucharest or Cluj Department: Supply Chain - Order Management Purpose: Supervises the follow-up of large customers’ production orders, ensuring the registration of requests for quotations, guaranteeing delivery commitment/ plant pre-booking production, receiving and processing purchase orders, assuring purchase order fulfillment and responding to customers’needs and expectations. Main Responsibilities: Takes care of complex request from quotations, analyzing requirements and providing advisory to the commercial team in al aspects considered critical for the offer: logisticsm deliveries, business scheme, with the objective of securing the fulfilment of what it is offered and anticipate potential problems that might appear during the execution of the business Is responsible for monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers Profile: Education: Degree in business administration, logistics or a related field. Language: English - Advanced Specific knowledge: Previous experience in a similar position ( 3-5 years) Additional Skills: High customer service orientation. Detail-orientation and good analytical skills. Ability to communicate at different levels. Good problem-solving as well as organizational skills. Type of contract: Full
