Romarine Constanta is looking for a part time secretary 4 hours/day to join in our team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Good English level
- College/Faculty Graduate or in progress
- Good communication skills
- Experience in secretary is preferable
- Computer, MS Office - literate
- Previous Human Resources / Recruiting experience it's a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Activities specific to the company's profile, in the maritime, technical and administrative field.
- Procedures for port approvals and authorizations.
- Obtaining work licenses and coordination with the authorities.
- Registration and conclusion of contracts with port authorities, suppliers and customers.
- Registration of accounting documents and professional relations with the finance department.
- Registration of payments and payment orders, coordination with banking institutions.
- Answering telephone calls & maintaining diaries, as required procedures.
- Organizing and servicing meetings (welcoming clients, preparing drinks to clients).
- Cleaning the office and Keeping It neat.
