Partner Marketing Operations Manager in Bucuresti

THE ROLE As a key member of the global Partner Marketing function, you will support the partner team and drive execution of campaigns, activities, and event sponsorships for Temenos globally. You will be responsible for liaising with our ecosystem of Partners and Exchange providers to own marketing delivery and ensure a fantastic experience for our partners.This role requires a highly organized, driven, and energetic individual who can cultivate strong relationships with our Partners and manage execution of activities, end-to-end. OPPORTUNITIESYou will support the Head of Partner Marketing with planning and executing partner-related events such as Annual Partner Day, Temenos Community Forum, and others (invites, sponsorship, logistics)You will continuously maintain the update of the new Partner Portal with latest information, materials and create feedback loop to improve partner experience, supporting all action to drive adoptionYou will collaborate with our partner manager team on partner enablement programs such our Partner AcademyYou will work closely with the global Events team to design exciting sponsorship programs for our partnersYou will act as the central point of contact for all sponsorship-related enquiries and requests from internal and external teams, including contracting and invoicingYou will support the Partner Marketing and Partner Management leads with global campaigns and events, including the Regional Partner SummitsYou will maintain partner pages on our website and Temenos pages on partners’ websitesYou will ensure an excellent experience for all partners SKILLS You should have experience in an events/project management role, ideally in an events or experiential agencyYou should be hyper-organized with exceptional project management skills and ability to multi-taskYou should have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service-type skillsYou should have a systematic approach to sharing knowledge and best practices across a global teamYou should have ability to travel internationally to execute eventsYou should have prior experience with event sponsorship  VALUESCare about planning and executing partner-related eventsCommit to maintain the update of the new Partner PortalCollaborate with our partner manager team on partner enablement programsChallenge the sponsorship-related enquiries and requests   Please make sure to read our
