We are looking for a Payroll Specialist in Oradea, for one of our clients, the world’s leading system developers and supplier of exhaust technology and air conditioning system.
Requirements:
University degree;
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar position in production;
Good knowledge of labor legislation;
Experience with HR / Payroll applications like TrueHR;
Ability to manage data in large numbers;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the monthly payroll calculations;
Coordinating and collecting all required inputs to payroll;
Ensuring the pay elements have been processed accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations;
Managing the payroll related issues;
Defining and managing the benefits, base pay and variable pay;
Working time and attendance administration;
Supporting to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations;
HR Consulting - act as a contact point between the employee and the company;
Analyzing and improving HR processes.
