Payroll Trainer ( with French and English )Job Summary: The role of the Payroll Trainer is to meet the training needs of the MS Client Services (MA, NA and SBS France BUs) in accordance with the scope of each business and to ensure delivery of service excellence: Organizes and delivers/facilitates trainings/workshops/courses/refreshers on the tools and business processes for the payroll teams according to the priority needs (newcomers onboarding, upgrading skills, new tools/processes deployment, etc.). Is responsible for searching info/updates on all operational/knowledge platforms and for operational process training. Coordinates with SMEs/TLs/Functional Experts/Training team on the improvements and evolution of procedures, methods, and tools; creates/adapts training materials accordingly on tools and processes. Works with the team (SMEs/TLs/Functional Experts/Training team) to develop a relevant and specific knowledge library and training catalogue according to the process and tools used.Responsibilities:Training: gathers the trainings needs, analyses, and defines the internal training objectives; delivers trainings/courses/refreshers and facilitates workshops on specific topics.Communication/Documentation: creates/updates/implements training materials (procedures, courses, exercises, eLearning, etc.); prepares internal communications on different training topics; management and organization of the business documentation in partnership with the BU;Sharing: Promotes best practices and knowledge sharing between teams and CoEs; ensures delivery in accordance with the strategy, mission, and values of ADP.Reports & Performance Metrics: Newcomers to pass all tests with minimum required by the CoE/BUs prior entering production Run regular surveys/ evaluation tests People Management: Team oriented/Team Player Customer Service Skills, Client focus Interpersonal and Communication Skills, written, listening and verbal, in French and EnglishKnowledge and Skill Requirements: Technical skills : Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) One Note Snagit Skills and Abilities: Payroll industry, process, and French payroll specific and legislation knowledge and expertise Ability to use ADP systems and processes accurately and consistently: ARC, SPM, Celergo, Siebel etc. Communication and presentation skills Good facilitator, ability to synthesize and draw conclusions Autonomy and analytical thinking Organization and methodology Ability to explain, convey, argue, and convince, to make a person or group adhere to a point of view, a project, an idea, or a decision Continuous improvement mindset Business Relationship Management: Must cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of Payroll Experts, including final clients, project managers, application engineers and Payroll Leads Actively participate in multiple workshops and disseminate information across all levels of the organization (related to his working area) Translating subject matter terminology into business terms, and recommending alternatives to management
