The role requires the successful candidate to be the MEER expert in understanding the HR related systems capabilities, understanding the differing complex needs of users across MEER, and be able to share this knowledge with non-technical colleagues to achieve maximum value of the P&C systems.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESWV Systems & Data Management Lead & Develop, Implement, Manage (including updates) the Administration of systems and data for MEER (Middle East/Eastern Europe regional, national and response offices) to ensure that all P&C systems meet the business needs of MEER. Ensuring that information in systems is up to date by:Running regular queriesClose monitoring of all System P&C Administrators across MEER (staff data to be completed with 100% accuracy.)Analyze and present data and other quantitative information (through creation/production of business intelligence data dashboards) to capture significant trends or key issues, from a P&C MEER perspective.Support and provide capacity building to Local (at National and Response Office levels) appointed persons and facilitate necessary support as per need basis. Ensure all NO are capable and skill-equipped to use all systems effectively.Support MEER staff (mainly leaders) to effectively utilize the systems and technology available, enabling them access meaningful data and reports to support their decisions on workforce/operational related issues. Identify and raise critical risk areas to P&C management teams for further consideration and action plan.Workday & Global Center CollaborationProvide remote support to our CVP cash implementation by ensuring coordination with various departments, MEER responsible person for all WV P&C related systems and act as the regional point person for on-going support and liaison between GC and National Offices.Propose initiatives for creating additional functionality within the Workday HR system, which are beneficial to the organizational performance and result in more efficient process and systems.Work closely with the GC Workday experts to utilize systems and HR modules and develop them to meet the needs of the operations at MEER level.Ensure data accuracy and validation, report consolidation and providing high level analysis to the MEER Leadership Team as well as support to GC teams for implementation purpose.OtherWork with and provide trusted advice and recommendations to MEER Offices’ Leadership with an aim of influencing to achieve effective people related priorities and improving business results.Coach, develop and train teams to use information collected from P&C and Operations to analyse and provide valuable insights to feed into business plans and other MEER related activitiesProvide P&C Support when a Field Office requires additional supportCarry out any other work assigned by the MEER Regional P&C Director as and when neededREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSUndergraduate or Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or similar.At least 2 to 3 years of experience (preferably) in a Human Resource Role whose primary focus was around HR systemsProven record in collaborating, influencing and interacting with staff especially when launching new initiatives/projectsDemonstrated ability to think independently, analytically, problem solve, deliver solutions and results by recommending best practices.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Experience in cross-cultural setting is preferredPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in Workday (HR System) is desirable.TRAVEL AND/OR WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTThe preferred locations for the position to be based is MEERO Cyprus Office or other Middle East/Eastern Europe Country to be determined by home country of successful candidate in a jurisdiction where WVI is registered to operateLanguage requirements: Good written and spoken EnglishApplicant Types Accepted:Local Applicants Only
