People Experience Manager in Suceava

Responsibilities Lead the local People team and oversee the activities to all related areas. Lead impactful projects as part of the Regional People Team. Part of the Local Leadership Team, contributing to the agreed DU’s objectives; Contribute to Endava becoming the Employer of Choice in the market; Attract & recruit, retain and develop the best talent. Enable people to become the best that they can be; Coordinate regional projects and work with people from other locations; Advise on programs, policies, practices, projects, plans, related to the People area; Manage People budgets; Facilitate the professional development of Endavans through the PDRC’s processes, including recruitment, induction, performance review, training, and development plans in line with business requirements, as well as have an overview on the internal and external events.
