In this role, you have the opportunity to

 

As a Business Development Manager for Pharma, Babystores, Dental Professions & Drugstores Channel you will match sales channels and portfolio so that you obtain a long term business performance and strong relationship with the customers. You will develop, maintain and improve relations with a limited number of key-accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.

You are responsible for

  • Creating business models that will fit a diverse portfolio and targets;

  • Investigating what fits best for long term partnership development and tools to drive sell out performance;

  • Deciding what we sell, where we sell and build a 3 year' strategic approach;

  • Managing distributors, retailers in order to reach business objectives;

  • Cooperating with the marketing team to reflect brand strategy in the channel;

  • Interacting with healthcare professionals (dentists, neonatologists, etc.) and build ambassadors to win recommendation;

  • Overlooking Dental professionals channel finding solutions to reach doctors and endorse our products, managing Dental Professional Representative team;

  • Reinvesting budgets created through cooperation with customers, partnering for sustaining the brand;

  • Reporting and providing insights and solutions for further business development;

  • Participating to conferences, symposium on medical topics that contribute to brand positioning;

  • Using digital tools to collect data and provide eLearning advantages to doctors/pharmacists;

  • Integrating eCommerce into business development plan and respond to trends and shopping behavior;

  • Own channel P&L, managing sales, IGM;

  • Creating forecast for next 6 months (SKU level) and creating need for goods.

You are a part of  Personal Health Sales Tam Romania.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University Degree level (Bachelor Degree);

  • 5 years+ experience in a commercial position, ideally in pharma & dental industry;

  • Knowledge and experience of Sales, Negotiation, Business Development on multiple channels, digital background is an advantage;

  • Ability to build relationship with customers to fully understand the market and implement business solutions;

  • Experience of managing budgets and maximizing ROI;

  • People management experience and leadership skills;

  • Great communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders;

  • Commercial talent that thinks in creative solutions driven by results;

  • Strong drive and ability to motivate others;

  • Dedicated, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive;

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business reports;

  • Ability to write reports and business interpretation to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers;

  • Advanced PC user (MS Office);

  • Good English knowledge;

  • Valid driving license and experience.
