Organizing and supporting the daily work of the Head of Department and the allocated team from the administrative point of view;

To conduct all correspondence and necessary routine statistics and information;

To provide administrative support of the assigned department’s staff and manager;

To organize and procure office material and equipment;

To create/release the Shopping Cards for the production equipment (if applicable);

To organize meetings, events & audits (visit announcement, room reservation, production equipment, protocol);

To make all necessary resource reservations (room, beamer, etc…) for organized meetings and events;

To organize travels and the subsequent booking of travel expenses and documents of the assigned department’s staff and manager;

To maintain related employees working time data (Interflex System)

To create and track electronic personnel requests and keep track of status;

Active role in the Lean Admin organization to improve the standards;

To maintain good relations with all business partners internal or outside Conti.

QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications

Application of office programs Excel, Word, Power Point;

Written and spoken command in English;

Organizational skills;

Service-oriented attitude;

Desirable Skills/Qualifications
• IT Tools (MS Office, Outlook, Interflex, RTS)
• Time Management skills
