PMO Specialist (Fixed Term Contract - 1 year) in Bucuresti

Your day to day:This role is part of a centralised Project Management team within Technology _VOIS RO. The IT Operations Programme PMO is responsible for setting up and leading the overall governance for the IT Operations Programme; for central planning and reporting across the different Programme Streams; ensuring timely and consistent data across all projects; supporting dependencies and data exchange between projects; consolidating KPIs to demonstrate the progress and value delivered by the programme. The IT Operations Programme PMO facilitates programme management in decision-making by providing transparent reports and KPIs on the end-to-end view of the Programme, covering delivery and operations input from the entire Programme organisation. The tracked figures include, but are not restricted to status reports, project closure reports, Programme and Streams reports, cost and benefit realisation, risk/issue tracking and employee engagement that may be generated from the Project Management tool Polaris. In addition to these regular reports the IT Operations Programme PMO fulfils individual ad-hoc presentations requests from the management regarding special topic ( Steering Committee meetings, performance dashboards for the Technology Leadership Team). This role is responsible for timely and accurate updates to key business and technology stakeholders ensuring transparency and visibility on all Streams activities. In addition, the IT Operations Programme PMO co-ordinates budget planning and IT financial reporting, if requested by the Programme Manager. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business:Produces management reports & KPIs on delivery and operations performance by leveraging data from the entire IT Operations Programme organisation Ensures timely, regular and consistent communication to all stakeholders – business lines, technology, management. Establish and run the governance processes and ensure alignment with governance model of other stakeholders. Take ownership of responsibility in proactively looking for ways to improve overall programme delivery; build connections between stakeholders, look for opportunities to enhance reporting; track risks and issues Accurate, timely and relevant management reports containing consistent data Demonstrated ongoing governance reviews and refreshes to maintain relevance Establishment and driving of the governance forums and process across the StreamsWith these skills, you are a great candidate:Experience in business planning and corporate programme governance control in a globally distributed matrix organisation Highly organised, structured and with very strong attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills Strong, independent thinker, comfortable challenging status quo Ability to communicate with impact and chair meetings with large audiences.5+ years of experience from a PMO, planning or corporate governance role Sounds like the perfect job?
