Execution
- Ensures the implementation of planogram in all the customers (stores)in his/her area according to the contract agreed with the location;
- Monitors the merchandising at store level and ensures the implementation of contract pre-negotiates and agreed standards ;
- Negotiates with customers and encourages the team to obtain additional displays for PepsiCo products (display, racks and/or windows) outside those negotiate within contract;
- Ensures a good management of coolers and all company’s tools;
- Ensures the execution of all Trade Marketing promotions and ensures an efficient implementation of all promotions;
- Offers any requested information regarding the market and competition to his direct manager;
- Communicated and ensures full adherence to company’s policies regarding returned, expired and deteriorated products ;
- Sales
- Ensures field execution of OT sales plan in all the KA in the designated area;
- Delivers the value and volumes plan and the profitability plan in the designated customers;
- Monitors sales evolution versus target achievement;
- Proposes and analyses the target split for the designated customers according to:Potential of customer/area;History and seasonality;New products and promotions;Sales target;
- Makes sure that all promotions and commercial agreements are in conformity with commercial strategy specification (Strategic Role of Trade);
- Analyzes and reviews the situation in his/her area in order to identify, based in KPI’s the discrepancies between the plan and the execution; proposed and implements corrective actions in order to remedy the discrepancies;
- Identifies the needs and priorities of the OT customers.
- Coordination & Management
- Manages all the resources of his team: cars, mobile phones, laptops and HHC, racks and is responsible for complying with company’s policies regarding their use;
- Guides and develops each member of his/her team according to the development cycle and quickly addresses the poor performance issues;
- Implements and follows the training/induction program for the new members of his/her team;
- Establishes performance objectives for his/her team members and clearly communicates the responsibilities and expectations;
- Evaluates performance, offers feedback correct and in time, documents any eventual issue occurred;
- Ensures support for success – assists to all important (difficult) negotiations and answers to customers’ challenges;
- Effectuates at least 1 W*W per month with each direct report;
- Administrative
- Creates the monthly agenda with weekly updates and communicates it to OT Field Sales Manager;
- Creates ad hoc reports according to his direct manager’s request or to Leadership team
Qualifications/Requirements
· Qualifications:
University degree
English mandatory
Clean B driving license
Min 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Very good communication skills
Flexibility to change and adapt to new roles and responsibilities (due to job nature, he can have an expanded team/area)
Very good learning skills in order to deliver the OT agenda as well as his/her career development plan
Previous OT experience
