The Pre Sales Engineer is responsible for the technical solutions Logicom provides to the partners, technical support of events and workshops and delivery of trainings and demonstrations to colleagues and partners.
Job Responsibilities
The person to be appointed will be expected to successfully:
- Provide presales support to reseller channel
- Proactively work with resellers to drive market/product awareness and sales targets
- Design, plan and execute reseller trainings
- Train Account Managers and BDMs on the latest products and technologies
- Manage service contract sales
- Support the marketing of new products/solutions by producing presentations and documentation
- Produce technical documents and presentations
- Keep up to date with new Cisco & competitive technologies
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University/Technical degree in technical discipline, preferably in Engineering, Science
- CCDA or CCNA Certifications required, CCNP/specialization preferable
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in presenting complex networking and telecommunications
- solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work on flexible working hours
- Good knowledge of PC, MS Office applications
- Excellent knowledge of oral and written English
- Ability to travel in-country and abroad
- Self motivated team worker
- Problem solving skills
- Analytical thinking ability and result oriented
- Holding of a valid driving license
