Your day to day: Develop and maintain the Top Services Management Portal, which is a specific data reporting / BI solution to manage the relevant data of Vodafone Top Services and Mission Critical Business Services. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business: • Generate and maintain Obsolescence Reports:o Design, develop and deploy solution based automation scripts for the tools and related componentso Build and deploy bash/shell scripts in order to enhance tools capability & automation.o Download, test and apply tools version upgrades/patcheso Create/modify pattern scripts in order to enhance tool capabilityo Design, develop and deploy ETL components in order to import and/or modify datasources• Assure proper integration with the build and change management processes to guarantee data completeness and accuracy. • Manage Top Services and Mission Critical Business Services according to Vodafone standards.• Develop, build and deliver standard and ad-hoc Dashboards and Reports, include defined CI details and integrate additional, relevant data sources.• Ensure the continual improvement in Top Services definition and relationships, data models, discovery and data analysis tools, in close collaboration with Technology Architecture and anticipating the evolution of the data centre standard solutions. With these skills, you are a great candidate: • Detailed understanding of IT Enterprise Technology, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence and Statistics• High standard read/write capabilities in English• Soft and Presentation skills• Experience in a multinational environment• Thorough knowledge of Data Centre IT standards, processes and architecture with a focus on infrastructure configuration management • Consolidated knowledge of the following areas: Windows/Linux/VMware infrastructure architectures and system administration• Element Management Systems/Discovery tools such as BMC Discovery, BMC Remedy is a plus• Database infrastructure architectures (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL)• Structured knowledge and hands-on experience in statistics, data analysis, modelling, reporting, and presentation • Business Intelligence, SQL programming• Strong understanding of ITIL, good understanding of SOX and Security regulations Sounds like the perfect job?
