Direct Reporting to: Operations Manager
Main Job Purpose:
- Receives the requirements for developing new products, requested by internal/ external clients of the company, or potential clients;
- For all new reference labels, take all necessary steps to resolve the requests.
- Communication with the client and with all internal departments involved in the development of new products;
- Follow up solving request steps: product development (obtaining the customer's agreement on the layout of the label), transmitting samples and communicating the price to the client;
- Follow customer orders throughout the production, communicating with customers, production and logistics departments, ensuring delivery of samples;
- Manage the database with all sample labels done and allocate internal codes for all labels developed;
- Investigates customers about the volumes of newly developed products and assesses the potential impact on raw materials and the manufacturing process.
- Inform the logistics and production departments about estimated volumes and raw materials needed for new products to be introduced into production.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual activity reports with the number of samples produced and new product development requests.
- Prepare individual reports (by product reference) Sample evaluation report.
- Ensures that the quality level is tracked to internal standards throughout the execution process of an order and at the end of the order before shipping.
- Fully complies with current legislation, group policies, privacy policies, and any internal agreed and communicated work procedure.
Qualifications
Studies: High school graduated
Foreign languages:
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English; any other additional language would be considered a plus
PC Skills:
• Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Google suite) and ability to understand and use ERP systems.
