This position is about developing the iMPS (especially the cMPS) program in Central European Countries, with a high focus across all 15 countries. Working together with the CE cMPS Program Mgr., who will provide functional leadership, individual Channel Country Sales teams in selecting, enabling and supporting the appropriate partners driving iMPS sales, in a profitable and structured manner – and working closely with WW iMPS Sales Enablement driving programs and infrastructure needs based on partner and country feedback – linking with HW/Supplies Category in pre-selecting catalogs, managing a shadow P/L with the help of Finance, and supporting the CE WW cMPS Program Mgr. – will be the core of this role.Job specifics/responsibilities: Ensure full data reporting efficiency at CE level (ST reporting, ARU tracking, GM tracking) Weekly tracking of all initiative’s trackers (MIF reporting) Maintain overall up to date forecast for ST, units and revenue Business analytics for Print BMS cMPS support: Gameplan, Flash/outlook, KPI, MOR, Quota, Interlock Analyzing sales details and dynamics Influencing product mix, sales mix, pricing, support & programs Subject matter expert for iMPS business tools & processes Partner Economics, SOW, Sales Mix Supplies Commitment tool OPS Category programs and pricing and their impact on contractual competitiveness DPT (Deal Performance Tracker) Other tools and processes initiated by WW iMPS Global Biz Dev, WW iMPS CBM Understand HP competitiveness in the contractual market including Catalog price competitiveness Partner pricing process Sales Training Key deliverables/accountabilities: CE Dashboards and trackers QBR Preparation decks Data quality & timelessly Working relationships:Internal Country PSS CE core team iMPS CoE Team Education (degree) and professional experience required: Bachelor/Master Experience in virtual team environment Other requirements: Fluent English Other GWE languages knowledge would be an asset Personal skills and qualities: Strong communication skills; Positive can-do attitude; Customer centric approach Out of the box thinking – able to find solutions Strong communication and influencing skills; Excellent teamwork skills Able to apply tools and technology to produce results Able to understand global business processes and identify impact of change Technical skills (procedures and documents the employee has to be acquainted with): MS Office Reporting tool /Data management About HPYou’re out to reimagine and reinvent what’s possible—in your career as well as the world around you.Soare we.
