Suntem în căutarea unui (unei) coleg/(e) care să se alăture echipei Technical Services în postul deProcess Control Engineer (Automation) Your Responsibilities: • Execute loss analysis for planned and unplanned losses elimination, using advanced methodologies and digital tools, being always up to date with the best industry standards.• Identify and develop initiatives aiming to eliminate losses by optimizing through automation and technology human efforts and manual controls at manufacturing• Identify and develop digital Solutions/Products aligned in PMI Digital journey for manufacturing• Establish and implement cross-affiliate synergies, coordinate the communication with all Operation streams in all the matters related to automation and digital processes• Develop and constantly scout for up to date standard solutions requiring automation at factory level• Provide Feedback to Design for digital solutions to OEMs or other relevant internal stakeholders.• Monitoring and managing all installed shop floor systems and their related infrastructure• Install, configure, test and maintain application software and system management tools• Check existing systems and suggest improvements.• Address system concerns and troubleshoot software and hardware failures• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution• Maintain systems cybersecurity and identify potential risks, ensure backup solutions and redundancy strategies for factory systems.• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with SW developers to implement those fixes• Support adherence to all relevant Computerized Systems validation procedures and perform systems risk assessments Who we’re looking for:• Proven experience in manufacturing systems or technical engineering environment• A person aiming to deploy digital solutions and have curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies required by a smart manufacturing• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.• OPEN+ proficiency as per functional skill matrix targets• A creative individual with ability to think out of the box• Motivated person, with analytical skills• Fluent in English and Romanian both written and spoken.
