You’ll be solving supply chain problems that span the whole world: a smoke-free world. Responsibilities: • Leads / coordinates complex process projects, from defining options / solutions to implementation and post-implementation monitoring.• Ensures that standard machine processes and settings are properly defined and properly documented.• Identifies shortcomings in the process and includes them in the action plan, interacting with the production team to ensure that the shortcoming is addressed.• Acts as an SME for a defined technology and is the contact person for Global CoE teams or for internal / external audits;• Works with technical staff in the assigned technology, identifies training needs and provides support in staff training to ensure the transfer of knowledge to members of production teams.• Provides guidance to production and maintenance teams to improve work practices and procedures, ensuring that they are defined in accordance with the Quality Management System.• Participates in establishing the production assumption and setting objectives. Keep costs within budget and propose measures to reduce losses in the process. Qualifications: • Higher studies completed in the field of engineering.• Previous practical experience and technical knowledge about the production process, materials and equipment (min 3 years previous experience in production);• Previous experience or exposure to coordination / management of people / projects is an advantage;• Good understanding of production processes, both theoretically and practically;• Knowledge of problem solving methods;• Good technical skills, but also skills of collaboration, communication, presentation and prioritization;• Agility in learning, autonomy, orientation towards identifying solutions;• Good level of MS Office;• Fluent level of written and spoken Romanian an English;
