With in-depth expertise on each Order to Cash functional area, including systems and tools, the role is supporting the Process Improvement Manager on improvement opportunity identification and on execution of the OTC roadmap (process migrations, IT implementations, process standardization and simplification, operational excellence initiatives).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery:
• Create/update process maps and service catalogues
• Track the inventory of process documentation available at the tower level and coordinate with GBS managers the regular updates and business reviews and approvals
• Develop training materials, learning paths and control mechanism around knowledge on the floor
• Develop means and methods of capturing, processing, anaysing and reporting on the current process and team performance
• Provide data for benchmarking of tower KPIs against industry standards on the basis of need
• Contribute to improvement of the process control enviroment looking at escalations, issues and audit findings and proposing remediation plans
• Support other towers while executing similar projects by sharing best practices and lessons learnt and/or contributing to specific cross-functional initiatives on the basis of need
• Provide guidance in handling complex and/or cross-functional problems and work with other functional areas in resolving escalated complaints or disputes


Process Standardization and Optimization
• Support Process Improvement Manager on executing the process standardization and optimization roadmap by undertaking various assigments (data gathering, fit-gap analysis, system testing, etc)
• Act as Continuous Improvement champion at the tower level, encouraging teams to identify and log ideas the in Idea Management System (IMS), coaching on problem statement and benefit estimation, ensuring idea replication and best practice sharing from one team to another
• Coordinate periodic FTE sizing exercises on the floor


Process Transformation
• Contribute to technology deployments and tool implementations on the floor
• Support global and regional projects during migrations, from baselining to steady state, performing solution fit/gap analysis and proposing remediation actions for exceptions identified
• Act as SPOC for new process implementations/changes

Compliance
• Adheres to company policies
• Complies with the Internal Regulation and the EHS (Employee Health and Safety), the FSF (Fire Safety and Fighting) and Environmental Protection duties laid down under the law
• Responsible for keeping confidential the information, as per the internal policy, within the limits of the duties attached to their job
• Informs the line manager of any non-compliance identified in their work
• Treat everyone with respect, be ethical, lawful and trustworthy; builds trust based relationships with Stakeholder, irrespective of their hierarchical level or Business Unit
• Respects and correctly promotes the image of the company and the Code of Conduct
• Responsible for the use of the available resources of the company only for the benefit of the company
• Responsible for the correct management of the inventory of goods entrusted to them by the company and the expense reports in connection with performance of the activity, in accordance with the internal procedures in force (e.g. Travel & Expense Policy)

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

Required:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience on business processes management
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with SSC/GBS/BPO/Big4 environment

• Advanced degree of comfort within performance management frameworks (KPIs identification, root cause analysis, action driving and tracking)
• Comfortable with business process mapping concepts and tools (Visio, Aris, etc)
• Excel Intermediate to Advanced
• English Language - Proficient level (B2 and above)
• Experience with SAP and Workflows
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities
• Communication and meeting/workshop facilitation skills
• Ability to coordinate and manage groups without direct reporting lines
• Strong in relationship management and interpersonal skills with the ability to transfer knowledge simple and comprehensible
Preferred:
• Minimum 3 years in Order to Cash
