About the position
The position will be within R&D Department in Jucu, Cluj- De Longhi Romania. It will report directly to Braun R&D Manager. The main goal will be to support R&D Team to manage the product information and documentation.
At begining of the job, he/she need to be available for 2-3 months training in Germany or Italy.
- Willing to travel 20% - 30%;
- Relevant at least three years of completed vocational education;
- Qualified further training as a technician and / or business economist;
- Fluent English spoken and written, Italian and Deutsch is a plus;
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint);
- Expanded SAP expertise;
- Cross-module knowledge regarding data planning production.

Areas of responsibility
- Multinational creation (Germany, Italy, Romania and China) and maintenance of new material codes including the necessary views for De’Longhi and Braun finished goods such as: Hand mixer, Hand blender, Jug Blender, Water Kettle, Toaster, Food processor, Coffee makers, Citrus squeezer, Creation and maintenance of Assemblies and purchasing parts bom, Technical bom (Engineering BOM), R&D documents and upload in SAP system including the necessary views in SAP;
- Checking and monitoring of the material master data on the standardized views and their data fields for inconsistencies and their correction;
- Distribution of information to all product-specific responsible departments based on the Braun change management process;
- Monitoring of the master data created to ensure the planned start of production;
- Provision of all manufacturing-relevant documents for OEM productions;
- Adaptation of SAP master data for relocations;
- Analysis of obsolete materials and initiation of deactivation;
- Close collaboration with R&D, Planning + Process R&D, Finance & Controlling, Product Marketing and Quality.
