FIND OUT MORE ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY Market Macro's & high level strategy • Analyze market trends, evaluate business impact and propose high level strategy • Competitive intelligence for product offerings and business strategies • Define market segmentation and differentiated offering strategy NPI (New Product Initiatives) • Prepare Product Development Plan - annual pipeline and 5-year strategic plan • VOC / OVOC to understand channel customer needs • Propose New Product initiatives for development, incl. pricing, costing, volume target and overall financials • Participate to the execution of product developments in collaboration with Engineering • Define go-to-market strategy & ramping up plan for product launch • Tracking NPI results and develop follow up actions with sales team when needed Portofolio management • Monitor overall product portfolio for business growth and healthiness • Product offering portfolio by part number based on car park age Education / Qualifications Bachelor Degree required, MBA Preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing in B2B Company recognized for its Marketing practice., Project Management experience is a plus Key Skills and Knowledge • Fluent in English • Proven record of Customer Involvement & Direct Interactions with Customers • Experienced in New Product Development
