Responsibilities:
- Work in close collaboration with the Business department to define new features of the applications
- Act as a liaison/ point of contact between Business Team and the development team
- Contribute to the technical discussion and platform strategy with software development leaders
- Test the features of the applications, flag anomalies and evaluate the progress of the product
- Communicate and work in synergy with key internal/ external stakeholders to craft product features
- Prioritize and anticipate business needs as well as develop profound knowledge of the applications
- Identify pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies, and values associated with features and enhancements and drive issues to closure
Ideal profile:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Financial, Human resources, Business or Information technology field - Master degree would be a plus.
- 2-4 years of relevant product experiences, big plus in the area of Consulting/ HR/ Business development
- Fluent written and spoken level in English
- Prior experience in a digital agency is highly desirable
- Proven track record of building working relationships with teams, leaders, and cross-functional partners
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle work to tight deadlines and the pressure of executive requests
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse group of team members, including executives, managers, IT professionals, and subject matter experts
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Experience using agile methodologies is desirable
- Strong ability to work effectively within time constraints, changing priorities, and independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Including Word and PowerPoint
