Key Responsibilities: Provide project-based leadership within the Business Systems team Act as product owner and SPOC for designated applications Work with Product Management to understand the product strategy, roadmap and priorities Elaborate features into user stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint Work closely with the product team to ensure that they have a clear understanding of requirements and to support them throughout the development process Day -to-day closely follow-up on execution of roadmap, proactively detects potential risks and issues Inspect product progress at the end of each sprint (if the increment meets the Definition of Done) Manage the analysis, planning, requirement gathering and logical design of a software product by working with internal and external stakeholders Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience 3+ years working in Business Systems Analysis or other equivalent experience Specialized depth of expertise related to IT Business Systems and Banking Reporting Regulation Wide range of experiences and advanced technical/regulatory reporting acumen serving as an advisor to management Experience working as a senior member or team lead on large, complex projects across multiple departments Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify innovative solutions Ability to drive projects forward while providing guidance to more junior members of the team Understanding of business processes and how to leverage standard system capabilities to support them Ability to work in a dynamic, agile project environment Interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to maintain positive working relationships
