We are looking for a Product Technical Expert to support building and managing a Product Tech Lab.Responsabilities:Build and manage the product tech lab with competitive advantageEstablish and maintain competitive knowledge, strength and provide technical analysisDevelop, create, and maintain reference environments Experiment and bring forward opportunities to integrate with other products per customer’s expectations for a strong ‘Combo’ offeringDrive prototype development and demo environments for our products that provide proof of value or concept with a strong focus on real customer use cases and expectations Develop and provide collateral and knowledge to Product and Marketing staff and enable them to improve customer’s pain points and maintain competitive advantage in the industryCollaborate with Marketing, Product and Design to help them gather competitive intelligenceBe the gatekeeper to guard and share competitive intelligence to the expected partiesAssist Design team with product demos, usability testing and user researchDemonstrate the features and benefits of 8x8 and partner technologies, providing demonstrations showcasing the many capabilities and integrations our products offer.
