Production planner DC-IH/LOP3 in Blaj

Job Description

  • Provides support in monitoring the raw materials needed to complete the production plan over time;
  • Follows the general request of the customer (according to the customer's requirements) and makes the plan proposal at BljP factory level for new and existing requests;
  • Monitors suppliers' deliveries and verifies materials not delivered on time or partially delivered;
  • Proactively distributes information within the department and other departments (production, logistics) in case of deviation;
  • Escalates problems and deviations according to the defined escalation management procedure;
  • Daily monitoring to cover critical parts and make proposals for action plan in case of deviation (suppliers backlog, special transports);
  • Regularly updates, maintains new materials and optimizes related SAP parameters (especially PP mode);
  • Monitors key performance indicators (inventory, on-time delivery, backlog, etc.);
  • Acts as an interface between BljP, other parties, e.g. internal client and central functions with the guidance of the superior;
  • Follows the implementation of actions resulting from changes in demand;
  • Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.

Qualifications

  • SAP knowledge
