Our goal is opening new possibilities for people everywhere.We are looking for a fulltime: Key Account Manager.Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute a channel reseller business plan that accelerates Samsung B2B technology adoptionEnable/Mentor/Coach the reseller technical teams to drive the pre-sales cycle from pitch to demonstration to successful evaluationProvide technical pre-sales support for channel sales teamsAssist the sales team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategiesPrepare Quotes and OrdersPrepare reports and analyze dataDesign complex Smart Signage, Video wall, LED and Hospitality solutions and be a part of the building of quotations for customer sales presentationsProvide assistance in professional services deployments, technical training, and industry seminars and/or trade showsDevelop relationships with the sales teams, partners and customers in support of Samsung sales objectivesProvide technical expertise and real-life experience in creating solutions, designs, proof of concept and implementationConduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address and dispel customer concernsEducate partner technical teams on the product solutionsDrive high levels of customer and partner satisfactionWhat you bring to the team:4+ years of industry experienceMust have a good understanding of the sales processMust have experience working with large multinational companies, systems integrators, alliance technology partners and/or managed service providersExperience in either Smart Signage, professional display or another video solutionsYou have been a part of a sales team before or you want your career to go that directionUnderstanding of PCs, networking and basic scriptingStrong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitudeSolve complex problems; take a new perspective using existing solutionsKnowledge of the Reseller Channel and ways to help them grow their businessAbility to travel 20-40%Skills and Qualifications• Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures• Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors• Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action• Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 4 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience* Please visit to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
