Position SummaryWe are currently looking for a passionate and motivated Product Manager for our TV/AV department. The VD Product Manager is responsible for maximizing sales and profit of products under his/hers supervision, by efficient management of line-up and attentive forecasting by drawing appropriate insights deriving from available information (advanced analysis of market capacity and trends, sell-in/sell-out trends, competitor movements, etc.).Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Builds product line-up in line with the strategic direction of the company;Establish the price strategy (recommended retail price) in compliance with the profitability objectives and ensures a clear prediction of revenue and profitability;Create and update the product sheet (product specifications, positioning, competitive advantages, distribution channels);Forecast and control and follows sales;Negotiates HQ Cost of Product;Controls stocks and purchases and track stock rotation time (WOS);Analyze the market and competition for the positioning of line-up products;Propose the communication strategy (Above and Bellow The Line);Create and implement the launch plan of new products, in correlation with production, stocks and delivery timesImplement and monitor promotional campaigns for line-up products in line with agreed marketing budgets and predicted ROIs;Effectively manages the product marketing budget to maximize profitability;Periodic feedback from sales channels in order to maximize the impact and ensures the availability of products on the market.Develop and support trainings, product presentations, Road shows;Ensures sales representatives in responding to requests received from;Provides support to the KAMs to achieve commercial goals and negotiation with clients;Ensures and controls that the product display in stores is made in line with the recommendations of Corporate Marketing;Supports and develops the image of products along with marketing, retail departments.Skills and QualificationsProfile:Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position;IT&C or related domains is a plus;Strong English knowledge;Strong negotiation capabilities.Strong presentation and writing skills.Strong oral communication skills.Must have excellent data analysis and report generation/building skills, advanced user of MS Office packages specially Excel and Power Point; Strong analytical and quantitative skills;Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;Excellent communication and persuasion skills; demonstrated success for an innovative and bold strategic vision* Please visit to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
