The SaaS Usage project was created to give our customers transparency in their SaaS licenses - what they purchased, how much they're using and if they're consuming services they did not purchase. The backbone to this project is the SKU Tracker that captures and records details around active and restricted SaaS SKUs, existing metrics and release plans around new/updated metrics. Additionally, this team diagnoses resulting metrics owners, develops support run books and establishes remediation solutions for these issues.
