Job Description (Posting). • The data scientist will be responsible for the design and development of deep learning models based on unstructured and Structured Data.• Design and develop software modules that perform data ingest, data transform, and analytics tasks.• Develop applications involving deep learning and NLP and timely deliver solutions as required after several rounds of customization.• Maintain quality and accuracy of the Model solutions during the deployments• Conceptualize, analyze, build, test, and implement models that utilize various and diverse data sets to solve problems related to the employment and recruiting industries• Build and implement machine learning models, testing frameworks, and visualizations to make timely decisions and influence the product roadmap• Develop analytical models to assess the problems, solutions, and impact on business.• Hands on experience in building and implementing advanced statistical analysis and machine learning and data mining.• Develop analytical models to assess the problems, solutions, and impact on business• Create algorithms for optimizing product features, business processes• Significant experience in predictive modelling (e.g. Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Ada-Boost).• Strong capability of running multivariate regression models using Python/R• Refactor/Optimize the code for many Machine Learning algorithms such as Linear regression, ridge and lasso regression, Regression/Classification Trees, Random Forest, Naive Bayes and K Nearest Neighbors etc.• Experience with Python including packages like Numpy, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn, PySpark etc.• Must have strong experience in NLP/NLG/NLU applications using any popular Deep learning frameworks like Open CV, PyTorch, Theano, Tensor Flow, Caffe. Should have implemented solutions for industry use cases.• Deep knowledge of techniques such as Linear Regression, gradient descent, Logistic Regression, Forecasting, Cluster analysis, Decision trees, Linear Optimization, Text Mining etc. (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
