JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description SummaryThe Project Management and Manufacturing Footprint leader of the PDx ISC will be responsible for planning, driving managing and executing the entire PDx ISC project portfolio through all phases of implementation across all manufacturing sites and including footprint and strategic execution projects.They will be responsible for applying robust, standardized and effective project management methods aligned with the best market standards, ensuring that the projects deliver business value and are executed safely, on time, reliably and with the expected quality and cost objectives. Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesWork closely with the PDx ISC LT to ensure alignment on CAPEX portfolio for Strategical, Footprint and Site Engineering ProjectsDevelop, lead, prioritize and execute Strategic Capital Portfolio and Annual Capital budgets for the entire value chain of PDx ensuring appropriate resource allocations to strategic / compliance projects, capacity projects and asset replacement / recapitalization plans.Lead the entire Project Management organization at PDx with delocalized teams at sites.Provide Project Management guidance, support and troubleshooting, as well as maintaining a Best-in-class network for all capital activitiesDevelopment of the overall capex strategy across all value chain, including NPI, tech transfers and product launches in partnership with the Tech Ops Leader AME & SC.Ensure statutory / legislative compliance with HSE, Quality (cGMP), Procurement and Finance requirements for all project workApply appropriate governance and reporting processes to proactively ensure the effective realization of all investment projects according to approved CARDrive and implement a consistent approach to the contracting of external resources including robust sourcing processes and legal contractsSelect, develop and lead Project Management talent to ensure the availability of highly competent people with the correct Values & Behaviours who are able to consistently deliver best in class project execution activities.Ensure a world class E&HS performance on capital projects.Developing and manage processes that enable the implementation of lean and digitalization within the area of responsibility.Working with ISC PDx site and functional LEAN team to role model a LEAN mindset and foster an organization of learning and continuous improvement.Qualifications and experienceDegree in Engineering or equivalentFluent in English and another language would be beneficialSubstantial experience in GMP manufacturing experience, preferably in aseptic fill & finished and radiopharmaceuticals.Significant experience of proven CapEx planning and execution, preferably on large investment projects with high complexityLeadership experience at site and global rolesStrong communication, influencing and coaching skillsExtended GxP and HSE knowledgeBroad knowledge of process and facility designOperational experience in GMP production of DP preferablyExperience in working with major EPCm companiesAbility to challenge the status quo with innovative solutionsInclusion and DiversityGE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
