Project Manager in Bucuresti

Job Description Project Manager as part of Project Management Office at Evolution is expected to efficiently execute cross-functional, multi-site projects, as well as driving the full process of existing and new Evolution studios in line with KPI's such as time, cost, and quality. The Project Manager is also required to ensure that our projects are lead, managed, and organized with a high level of professionalism and according to company policies, routines, standards, and local legislation. As well as having a sustainable approach and a strong business mindset, you use value planning in all processes, while maintaining quality. You will be required to manage complex projects (i.e. 20+ involved people, EUR + budgets, 1 week and up to 18 months' timelines) from start to finish, where you must ensure that we plan, organize and inspire in line with long and short-term goals and our company values. Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders and organize communication with third parties’ participants as required. The role requires the ability to work independently while being % aligned with other concurrent projects run by the department. Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree or minimum 3 years work experience in one of the below fields: Project Management, Construction, Business, Architecture, EngineeringExperience & Skills:Good knowledge of MS Office, including Advanced Excel, MS Project, WIKi & Jira etc.Project Management certification will be an advantage.Ability and passion to work in a hyperdynamic work environment where priorities often changeExcellent administration skills including management of project artefacts and their traceabilityExcellent organizational skillsCompetence in leading cross-department teams and projectsLanguage Requirements:Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) at all levels within organization and external parties
