Eduction & Experience:
- Fluency in German
- Relevant Project Management experience
- Previous experience working within an technical company
- Educated to degree or equivalent level in technically based subject
- Competencies:
- Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
- Ability to plan, multi-tasking and manage time effectively
- May be a plus:
- Project Management qualification (PMP) or equivalent
- Previous experience working with German customers
- Ability to work in project management software tools

Key responsabilities:
- Lead project team to deliver the objectives for new project ensuring use of best practice project management techniques
- Liaise and maintain a good working relationship with the customer
- Lead customer project meetings and visit when required
- Manage budget for prototypes, development and tooling expenditure
- Maintain project timing plan and highlight concern areas
- Chair and minute project meetings with the project team as appropriate
- Report project summary including preparation of phase exit documentation
- Be responsible for preparation of commercial aspects, especially engineering changes and traceability of these through the project
