Description:

Manage the entire process of the procurement plan, inventory control, logistics and distribution, customs clearance and ensuring effectively-functioning processes to avoid costly delays and lost opportunities.

Set principles and guidelines to ensure inventory in all operations sectors are kept as the agreed target to ensure the optimization of working capital

Monitor material costs forecasts or standard cost lists and assess appropriate material handling equipment needs and staffing levels to load, unload, move, or store materials

Monitor supplier performance to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.

Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste and optimize customer service

Responsible for introducing process improvements in the supply chain and identify new vendors/suppliers without risking quality and service delivery.

Ensure full compliance presses for governmental and Health associations rules, regulations related to procurement policies and procedures.

Establish and implement a monitoring system that ensures the prices paid for purchase items are equivalent to market prices.

Develop and manage the list of suppliers, elaborate supplier selection, evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms and set service level agreement for suppliers

Issuing tenders, developing offer evaluation criteria to guide procurement team for optimum process requested from tender committees to review applications and select vendors.

Ensures the integrity of the purchasing process and facilitate buyer examinations where necessary, and exercises appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information.

Manage vendor contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure completeness of deliverable outlined in the contracts

Maintain warehousing standards of health and safety, hygiene, security and enforce optimal warehousing operational policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy.

Maximum Age: 45 years.

Experience as a Purchasing Manager and Inventory Manager.

Purchasing, Order Management, shipping, inventory, procurement, Warehouse Management, etc.)

Excellent Knowledge of Supply Chain.
