The role

- Procurement of software and IT services, managed services in an international environment

- System-supported and independent processing of sourcing activities from the requirement notification to the order

- processing of RFP’s, RFQ’s and RFIs

- Requesting compliance documents from suppliers / service providers and coordinating changes with the legal and data protection department, IT security, etc.

- Creation of contracts based on model contracts

- Price and contract negotiations

- System-supported maintenance and updating of existing framework agreements

- Structured processing of compliance checks using checklists

- Advice to the departments / consumers on all aspects of the ordering process - Communication with internal stakeholders as well as suppliers / service providers

What we need to see from you

- Commercial experience in IT Purchasing (Software, Hardware, IT Services, Managed Services, SaaS, idealy software licensing knowledge and experience)

- Knowledge in SAP Ariba sourcing and SAP Ariba buying is welcome 

- Understanding of compliance requirements (data protection, it security, labor law, contract law)

- Quick comprehension of complex processes

- Strong communication skills and negotiating skills

- very good knowledge of English (German language skills welcome)
