We are ambitious, we are striving for success, we create amazing things!Machine Learning is only as good as the data you feed it with, and your responsibility will be to work closely together with the Tagging Team to make sure the models receive the best quality and highest quantity of data possible, to drive excellent Image Recognition performance.What We’ll AchieveYou will be at the forefront of developing the Tagging infrastructure and tools that power the Machine Learning of FORM.comYou will be in charge of developing and maintaining critically important components, that will bring in new functionalities as well as scalability, robustness and high level of automation to our systems, for example: tools for data tagging, some of which use our Machine Learning technologies under the hood; infrastructure for managing data flow through tagging tools and into machine learning services; services that measure throughput and quality of our tagging operationYou will be taking active part in crucial discussions and decisionsYou will be cooperating closely with our Delivery and Machine Learning teams to ensure highest performance of our Image Recognition solutionWho You AreYou have 4+ years of experience in developing backends in Python in Django, preferably with some fullstack experience as wellYou have experience leading a small team of developersYou have a strong knowledge of best practices in backend developmentYou are well versed in making systems scalable and robustYou have experience with both SQL and noSQL databasesBonus points if you have an understanding of basic Machine Learning and ML Ops conceptsYou find motivation in being involved in planning, architecture and strategic planning.You have solid computer science fundamentals: data modeling, data structures, algorithms, design patterns.You have a solid and thorough approach to code review processes and you care about the code quality.You have a strong sense of empathy for the customer experience - reliability and quality are all extremely important to you.You are delivery oriented, and understand the tradeoffs between complete and perfect.When things break — and they will — you are eager, and able, to help fix things.Your preference is to work in a highly collaborative environment.You know how to be resourceful in order to get things doneYou have an open mind to using the technology that will produce the best resultsWe offer:24,000 - 28,000 PLN net (B2B) / gross (UoP), depending on experience.Working in a project using world-leading AI for product and price recognition.Being part of small international (US & Polish) teams.A startup atmosphere where you can feel the impact and importance of your work.Very open lines of communication, expected both ways.
