Test Automation (regular) Selenium (regular) REST API (regular) .Net (regular) Permanent/Contract, full-time, hybridStoneX is looking for a motivated, ambitious, and creative QA Automation Engineer with a minimum of 2 years in the QA Automation Engineering role.You will be working with our talented and diverse Global Web Development team in our office in Kraków. The team focuses on client onboarding. The world of client onboarding is changing at a rapid pace and so is the client expectation and behavior. This role offers the opportunity to work with skilled team of developers and QA engineers to produce products and services which meet a high standard of quality and testability.Responsibilities:You will work in a self-contained scrum team located in Kraków to deliver new components of the onboarding systemYou, our ideal candidate should have a good understanding of RESTful API architecture and modern web application design, and a desire to share this knowledge with the other QA Engineers in your teamYou should be experienced with the full cycle of a software project: conception, development, deployment, and the continuous improvement stageYou will take an active role in the entire sprint process from estimation and design to feature rollout and you will work with and pair with other members of the team of all disciplines, Product Owners, Developers, and other QA EngineersYou will collaborate with other QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans, and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycleYou will work closely with the Product team to review and analyze requirements and ensure end-to-end functionality meets initial expectations before a new feature is shipped.You will investigate defects and non-conformance issuesYou will investigate product quality to make improvements and achieve better customer satisfactionYou will identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvementYou will participate in continuous improvement projectsYou will be expected to maintain a high level of conduct, ethical standards and values as well as maintain an appropriate level of competence through ongoing training, making requests for updates or development as required.Requirements:3+ years of automation testing experience on the .Net stack with web UI tests (Selenium or similar framework)Ability to build and/or maintain automation frameworksExperience in communicating with technical, non-technical stakeholders and management to review requirements, identify tasks, provide estimates, and meet production deadlinesExperience with professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operationsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood team playerGood time-management skillsAbility to communicate in EnglishGreat interpersonal, communication and collaboration skillsGood to have:Experience with client onboarding and account management systems, fraud & compliance systemsExperience with BDD, and exposure to respective tools like SpecFlow or similarExperience working with distributed, multidisciplinary teamsBenefits & Perks:Competitive salary plus quarterly bonusesEmployee Assistance Programme through Magellan Health (provide support on a wide range of work and personal issues)Private healthcare for employees and closest family membersLife insuranceLunch vouchersA true learning and development culture offers you many possibilities to grow your skills and advance in your career
