About Regulation, Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Tech (RCA)
Our RCA team is responsible for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.
As a in Anti-Fraud Bribery and Corruption division you will drive the test automation strategy, select the best approaches in terms of test automation frameworks, mentor test automation engineers and analysts, drive and actively take part in test automation execution, analysis and reporting activities as well as creation and maintenance of automated test cases and create automation framework(s) for projects part of the Anti-Fraud, Bribery and Corruption Division. The ideal candidate should have solid background in technology, software development, testing and test automation tools.
We`ll trust you to:
- Develop scalable E2E test automation frameworks and harnesses
- Develop test automation architectures and strategy throughout multiple projects
- Help and mentor other members of the QA & Test Team from a test automation perspective
- Work with stakeholders to define automation scope
- Actively participate in the development and maintenance of the test automation framework
- Work closely with Release Management and DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines
- Perform test automation executions, identifies failures’ root cause and compiles reports to stakeholders
- Adhere to test automation best practices as defined at organization level
- Identifie defects based on test automation executions results, submits them in the bug tracking tool and tracks them throughout the defect life-cycle
We`d love you to bring:
- 7+ years overall software QA experience
- 5+ years Test Automation experience
- Experience with at least 2 programming languages (at least (Java or Python) and another one)
- Experience in implementing complex E2E test automation frameworks (including Databases, Microservices, APIs, Jobs, Front-End)
- Experience in implementing complex E2E CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins or TeamCity)
- Very good understanding of Test Automation Design Patterns (POM, DAL, Factory, Façade)
- Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid
- SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)
- JUnit, TestNG, pyTest, Cucumber or similar
- Unix
- JIRA or other defect/task management tools
- Zephyr/ALM/TestRail or other test case management tools
- Very good English, both written and verbal
- ISTQB Foundation+
Nice to have:
- Working with Big Data Systems (PyCharm, PyHive, Hadoop, etc.)
- BDD frameworks
- Performance testing experience
- Cypress.io, Protractor
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with an IT-related concentration (or equivalent diploma/work experience).
- Participation and/or completion in Testing certification programs (ISTQB, ISEB or tool specific certifications).
